Wednesday, January 09, 2008 Jah Cure's Freedom Tour liberates the Caribbean Kingston, Jamaica - Jah Cure's Freedom Tour of the Caribbean has reportedly been quite successful. The tour which began in the Bahamas with Millennium Countdown on November 10 ended with Jah Cure in Concert at the Flamboyant Park in Suriname on December 29.

JOHANNESBURG, Oct. 21 — Investigators looking into the shooting death of the South African reggae star Lucky Dube arrested five men early Sunday and seized two handguns and an automobile believed to have been used in the crime, a Johannesburg police spokesman said.

Premature, disappointing end to Asylum 10th Anniversary party

Mas Camp was bursting at the seams on Saturday night/Sunday morning when the unthinkable happened at a quarter to four at the Asylum 10th Anniversary Celebrations. The sound system shorted out as the celebrations were reaching a crescendo while Cham and Assassin were on stage together trading lyrics and giving away gifts to screaming patrons in the swell of the stage. It was unfortunate.
